[p. 2] Proposed by Mr Whistler,

That in future no landscape, landscape with figures, street scenes, sea scapes, marine pieces or architectural painting exceed four feet in width if lengthwise, or three feet six if upright.

That the painters of life size pictures portraits, nude figures, or decorative subjects involving one or more figures subjects, life size, be limited to one painting of the kind only.
