Whether[12] RA. or ARA, and certainly he deserves to be both, Mr Jones[13] has achieved my eternal gratitude - for not often may one meet with a confrère, who on a public occasion without any selfish thought of his own dignity, so immediately, sacrificed himself in order to write the history of another -
