We have the pleasure to inform you that Mr Orchar's picture is in Messrs Van Oppen's possession who have withheld it since its return from Munich, the Exhibition people having told them to keep it until called for.
We have written to say that they must return it immediately [p. 2] to its owner, carriage paid, and claim all expenses incurred from the Munich people.
