6 Decbr 1892

Dear, good friend & cher Maitre,

I have both been unwell & sore "hodden doun[3]" by the British Workman. Also did I want to achieve the adventure of Lady Meux[4] before writing and lo! you have achieved it. I am so truly grateful & glad.

Certainly - I will give Mr Richardson[5] - some of the work to do & shall be glad of an intelligent helper. When you write give me his address pour surcroit de sureté[6].

Today the Streets are quasi impassable & its snowing like mad, but as soon as a convalescent can get out I will trot down to the haunt of the wife of the Millionaire[7]

As far as an ordinary mortal [p. 2] can see thro' brick wall - I think that the 20th of January will see us afloat

Yrs, with many cordialest messages to your wife[8] & yourself -

F G Prange
