Mrs H. M. Paull was an artist and translator of children's books.
Mrs H. M. Paull may possibly by Edith C. Paull, a landscape and figure painter, who was active exhibiting between 1888 and 1909. She showed at the London Salon, New English Art Club, a group with which JW exhibited in 1888, and Royal Society of British Artists, a society that appointed JW its President in 1886. She exhibited two landscapes at the RBA in 1890. Her address at this time was c/o J. T. Drysdale, 72 Lancaster Gate, Lonson W.
In 1889 Mrs H. M. Paull was among those included in the preliminary preparations for a meal to be held at the Criterion on 1 May in celebration of JW's honorary membership of the Royal Academy in Munich. At this date she was living at 1F Oxford and Cambridge Mansions, Marylebone Road, London NW 46 (#00631).
