JOHN VERNON, SON & CO.,
SOLICITORS.

36, COLEMAN STREET,
LOTHBURY,
LONDON. E. C.

14th Jany 1891

J. McNeil [sic] Whistler Esqre

Dear Sir,

Moore & Perryman[2]

An application was made on Mr. Moore's behalf this morning that this case should stand over until next Sessions to enable the Prosecutor to have time to consider the plea of justification which we have put in, and although strenuous opposition was made by us, the Recorder acceded to the application, so that this case will not come on until next Sessions when we will give you due notice to attend.

We drop you this note, as we had not the pleasure of seeing you before leaving the Central Criminal Court today.

Yours truly

John Vernon Son & Co
