UPTON & BRITTON,
SOLICITORS.

51, LINCOLN'S INN FIELDS,
LONDON, W. C.

22nd February 1890.

Dear Sir,

Having written to Lady Meux[2] upon the result of our interview on Thursday last she writes to me requesting me to communicate with you and ascertain whether an interview between her Ladyship and Yourself can be arranged on her return to Town next week. I venture to assume that you will see no objection to this and shall be glad to hear what day next week after Tuesday it would be convenient for you to see her Ladyship.

[p. 2] As you are removing from your present residence it would probably be more convenient for you to see Lady Meux at Park Lane.

Yours faithfully

Edw Upton
