3.  Original sketch
This note was written by C. A. Howell below an affixed sketch in the first of two albums of documents kept by him (see #02788). The sketch was later removed from the album, possibly by JW, and has not been located (see Sketch of 'Harmony in Yellow and Gold: The Gold Girl - Connie Gilchrist' (M.711); and #02791).
