Mon cher Monsieur Maus -

Translation:

My dear Mr Maus - Write me another note to tell me if my pictures, etchings and the rest have arrived in good condition?

Also whether you have been able to have my panel arranged according to my little sketch?

Lastly tell me about everything interesting which you have the time to tell me in two words - and do not forget [p. 2] to let me know the date of the opening.

Yours

J McN. Whistler

Kind regards to Dario and to those charming Gentlemen I had the pleasure of seeing in Paris -
