The first pamphlet of the "brown paper" series was called "Whistler versus Ruskin, Art & Art Critics[3]" - It was published by Chatto & Windus - and is at this moment out of print -
You would be able to see it in the British Museum - where Mr. Fagan[4] in the Print room would gladly show it to you if you mention my having written to you about it -
[p. 2] It was published at a shilling - and some time ago Mr Chatto[5] told me, [the?] was fetching a guinea in the market -
Besides these two, there have been several small catalogues[6] of the same pamphlet form -
