MEMORANDUM

HOTEL SCHWEIZERHOF
PROP. ALB. BOSSHARDT-REICHEN
AJACCIO.

À M. .........

I am so afraid of letters [running] lost that I register again this one -

I wrote you long nice letter yesterday - best enclose this to Lady Donoughmore[3] that you may post it on to her - for I have again lost the last address -

Nothing new - I am off by Wednesdays boat to Marseilles - and so back to "town" -

[butterfly signature]

Tuesday - April. 30 -

You will be pleased to hear: Gold medal at Dresden[4], and made Hon. Member of the Académie Royal des Beaux Arts -

Perhaps a little note in Pall Mall or Morning Post - New Honours - with a hint at the Italian Commendation[5] ( - though that may be indiscreet - ) [illegible] short - but smart?

'1901'
