I shall be delighted to see you - and show you my new studio when you come to London -

The Studio though by the way I have scarcely got into yet - and after all it is uninteresting enough for it is only a large bare work shop -

Write me a line to [p. 2] 454. Fulham Road, Walham Green -

Oh yes I know Fairfield[3] very well and I believe you also know another friend of mine Alan Cole[4] -

One of these days I certainly hope to go to Ireland[5], but we will talk about it when I see you -
