Dear Sir,
We have the pleasure to inform you that Mr Orchar's[3] picture is in Messrs Van Oppen's[4] possession who have withheld it since its return from Munich, the Exhibition[5] people having told them to keep it until called for.
We have written to say that they must return it immediately [p. 2] to its owner, carriage paid, and claim all expenses incurred from the Munich people.
