I am directed to inform you that the Board of Education have received from the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs medals awarded by the Prize Court of the Inter-National Exhibition of Art at Dresden to British subjects who contributed to that Exhibition, and forwarded from the German Embassy for distribution.
I am accordingly to state that the Gold Medal awarded to you in respect of the work exhibited by you at Dresden has been sent to you to-day by registered post in a separate packet, and to ask you to have the goodness to let me know as soon as it reaches you.
