6th Sept 1893.

Dear Mr Whistler,

I have today returned the Lithographs carefully packed flat - as you request.

Why do you ask me what I would give for the "white girl[2]" Is she still under your jurisdiction? I thought Munich[3] had bought one.

I would give £400. for it[.] I have another letter from Mr Collie[4] about the show of Pastels! He is in despair about it. Aren't you having a show in Paris & could we not have ours immediately afterwards?

Awaiting the pleasure of hearing from you & with Kindest regards,
faithfully

Reid -
