March 1 1889

Dear Sir

I have a client who will only be in town for a day who would buy the Miss Franklin[2] picture I sold you -

I will call on you tomorrow morning at about 10 o'clock to find out how much profit I may take over the 75£ the price to you -

I believe the picture has been returned [p. 2] to you from Paris[3] so I will send a van for it: immediately after I have see[n] you tomorrow

I remain
Yours faithfully

Algernon Graves

J Mc[sic] Whistler Esq
