I wish humbly would draw the attention of the honourable Committee of the Savil [sic] Club to such [illegible] scurvy trick and ask if its perpetration does not unfit Mr Wedmore[3] for the company of the honourable men of letters & Gentlemen who constitute that distinguished body -
[p. 2] I would ask the Gentlemen of the honorable Committee of the Savil Club - of which I am told he is a member, to say why he shall not be expelled for conduct unbecoming a [writer?] & a gentleman!
