Dear Sir,
As I stated in my last we are willing to give you eighty guineas for the plate of Fulham Bridge[2] & all proofs that you have taken off - including one in Academy[3] & one in Grosvenor Gallery[4] - All You to print for us 20 proofs whi including those you have already printed & to sign them -
We to be allowed to deduct the sum of £6. 14. 6 which we have already paid you for one copy - [upon?]
Send up plate & all copies you [p. 2] have tomorrow and we will let you have check on Wednesday morning.
