John Tweed was a sculptor.
He studied at the Royal Academy Schools and in Paris at the École des Beaux Arts. He exhibited at the Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts, the Royal Academy, the New Gallery and elsewhere. He was invited to exhibit at the International Society of Sculptors, Painters and Gravers in 1898 when JW was President.
