James Havard Thomas was a sculptor.
Thomas He studied at Bristol School of Art and the South Kensington Schools. From 1881, he spent three years at the École des Beaux Arts, Paris. He exhibited widely, at the Royal Academy, the Carfax & Co Gallery, London and the Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts. He was later Professor of Sculpture at London University.
