Arthur Stevens was a dealer and the brother of Alfred Émile-Léopold Stevens (1823-1906), history and portrait painter [more].
Life:
He wrote art criticism under the name of 'Graham' and was also keeper of the art collection of Leopold II, King of Belgium. The collection included Dutch and Flemish paintings, Old Masters and many Egyptian artefacts.
