Frederick Rowe was a baker and confectioner.
Rowe, a bread and biscuit baker, cook and confectioner, had premises on 11 Coleherne Terrace, Richmond Road, South Kensington. In August 1878 JW was in debt to Rowe by £11.8.5. However, Rowe continued to provide goods for JW into September [#08856]. The case, which had originally been referred to JW's solicitor Theodore Frederick Allingham, eventually came with JW's bankruptcy papers to James Anderson Rose in 1879 [#08862]. The bill by this time was £12.9.2 [#11926].
The 1881 census shows him to be widowed and employing one man in his business.
