Mr Pocock[2] yesterday called upon us and handed us the Mortgage duly signed by the Society and the five Guarantors[3] together with the Lease, the last receipt for rent, the Policy, and the last receipt for insurance. Will you be kind enough to call upon us some afternoon between 4 and 6 and execute a Memorial so that we may register the Deed in Middlesex -
